My Fly6 won't turn on
To turn on your Fly device, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second. If for any reason your Fly6 will not turn on, please try the following:
- Ensure your Fly6 is fully charged
- Check your SD card
- SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
- Check the list of recommended SD cards at cycliq.com/sdcards
- Reformat your SD card using the instructions here
- Make sure the firmware is up to date. Instructions can be found here

My Fly6 is turning off unexpectedly
Your Fly device may turn off in certain situations when Idle Mode and Incident Protection Mode are triggered. If for any reason your Fly6 is turning off unexpectedly, please try the following:
- Check your SD card
- SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
- Check the list of recommended SD cards here, cycliq.com/sdcards
- Ensure your Fly6 is fully charged
- Reformat your SD card using the instructions here
- Make sure the firmware is up to date. Instructions can be found here

My Fly6 is not turning off
To turn your Fly device off, press and hold the power button for approximately 1 second. If for any reason your Fly6 does not turn off, please try the following:
- Press the power button for at least 8 seconds.
- If the unit does not respond, set it aside in a cool dry place and let the battery run down.
To ensure this does not happen again
- Check your SD card
- SD card should be a Class 10 microSD card
- Check the list of recommended SD cards at cycliq.com/sdcards
- Reformat your SD card using the instructions here
- Give your Fly6 a full charge
- Make sure the firmware is up to date. Instructions can be found here
